When do you dispatch?
We dispatch twice a week with no expections. This is to reduce carbon footprint and ensures all packages are dispatched on time each week.
This applies to all orders with no expections including rush orders.
What days are the Royal Mail strikes happening?
There are more planned strike dates in December. You can stay up to date on Royal Mail's website for more information.
We do apologise for the potential delays caused by their industrial action. Royal Mail is only prioritising speical deliveries, we recommend upgrading to next day deliveries at checkout to avoid delays.
Do you offer faster shipping options?
Yes, we do!
For domestic shipping, the fastest shipping option is next day delivery.
For international shipping, the faster shipping options are priority or express.
These options will appear during checkout. Please be advised the pricing is determined by the size, weight and destination.
Do you offer international shipping?
We currently offer international shipping on selected items to a few countries on our website. We also ship to selected countries on our Etsy.
Due to increasing costs and delays in light of Brexit, shipping became increasingly difficult. We hope to offer a solution in the future.
I accidentally inputted the wrong address, can you change it?
Please make sure you input all the correct information before checking out. We cannot issue a refund or change the address once the shipping label has been printed.

Why can't I find tracking on my order?
For domestic orders (UK) under £20 are untracked. You have the option to select a tracked service during checkout. If you do not select tracking and purchase with free standard shipping, we are not liable for any lost items and cannot replace them free of charge.
All international orders are tracked. The tracked and signed service ensures your package is tracked and signed when delivered.

Can I return an item?
We do not accept returns due to the handmade and bespoke nature of our items.
However, if an item was damaged please provide a photograph of the damaged contents and email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
