Terms & Conditions

By purchasing from Kethstudio, you understand and agree to the terms and conditions below. This includes and is not limited to wedding stationery and products offered.

Overview

You, the Client/Purchaser acknowledges the work offered/provided by Kethstudio and are responsible for checking over proofs carefully before approving for print. Should you require amendments or alterations, this may result in additional costs and/or delays in the project.

Turnaround Time

Once you approve the proof of your wedding stationery design, you can expect your order to be dispatched in 4 to 6 weeks and 5 to 8 weeks during high season (see FAQ). Please note that turnaround time does not include shipping transit time.

If your project requires an extension, you will be notified immediately.

It is important to note that your timely feedback is recommended during all and any stage to avoid potential delays and additional costs incurred to the project. You may be subjected to a rush fee should you delay the print approval and/or project.

Providing Details & Files

Before placing an order, you must have all the details and/or files ready to avoid delays. Should you delay on providing relevant details and/or files, you may be subjected to a rush order fee.

Please note that proofs cannot be provided without your details ready.

Screen vs. Print

Proofs are digitally created mock-ups. Although colour, size and/or texture may look realistic, it is solely for reference only. I do my best to display colours as accurately as possible and display size and texture as similar as possible. However, what you see on a screen may appear slightly different to the finished product and in person. Colours will vary across different devices and screens.

Proofing

Please kindly check over all proofs thoroughly including (and not limited to) spelling, layout, card sizes, colour, type, font size and ink colour.

You will receive a digital proof before proceeding to print. Once approved any further proofs that incur significant changes to the design will incur an additional fee of £50.00 GBP per revision.

Errors may occur, if you spot any mistakes please contact me immediately. In the event an error originally provided by the client has been missed in the proofing stage, the full cost of the items and shipping would be required in order to reproduce any incorrect items.

Handmade Paper

Handmade paper is a handcrafted natural product. This means differences in shade and/or texture, especially with different paper sizes are unavoidable. I do my very best to ensure it's cohesive within your order, however, potential shade and/or texture differences are to be expected.

A5, 5x7, A6, C5, C6 and essentially all white handmade papers has slightly different shades and textures due to different sizes.

Printed Envelopes & Envelope Liners

Printed Envelopes and Envelope Liners are outsourced with printing partners referred to as "Printers". The cardstock used can result in differences in shade, texture and occasional changes in production or usage of materials. Although, I do my very best to ensure it's cohesive within your order but potential minor markings or shade differences are to be expected.

Please note I am not liable for any manufacturing defects which may be present on the cardstock used in printed envelopes and envelope liners. This includes the ink colours produced on screen and on print. In the event of any major issues, solution(s) will be presented to you prior to delivery of your project.

Limited Liability

To ensure the delivery of your order goes smoothly, I rely on your timely response to any proofs, confirmations and/or queries. Should the project be delayed while waiting on your approval at any stage, I cannot be held liable and there may be additional costs involved in some circumstances.

Shipping

Orders are shipped via Royal Mail, DHL Express, FedEx Express or UPS Express with signature required on delivery. Tracking link will be provided once it's readily available from the selected courier.

I have no guarantee or control over shipment times and highly recommend allowing more time for it to arrive and to avoid potential delays. I am not responsible and cannot be held liable for any losses, damages or delays due to shipping. Should an order go missing or arrive damaged, please contact me immediately or no later than 5 business days upon delivery.

Clients are responsible for any duties and taxes applied by local government's customs agency. I am legally required to declare the full value paid on shipments and must include an invoice for customs should they require it.

Wholesale Policy

If your Wholesale products arrive damaged, please contact me immediately. Otherwise, I will assume your order is in perfect condition after 14 business days from delivery date.

Returns may be accepted in the same condition it was shipped within 14 business days from delivery date. If you choose to return the products, you are liable for shipping cost. You must declare the products under "RETURNS", otherwise, I reserve the right to refuse your return if custom charges are applied.

Protection & Insurance

In the event your order is lost or arrive severely damaged, this is covered by shipping insurance. Domestic packages are shipped via Royal Mail and is protected up to 2,500 GBP. International orders shipped via Royal Mail Tracked Service is protected up to 250 GBP and orders shipped via FedEx Express and UPS Express are protected up to 1,500 GBP and 5,500 GBP respectively.

Please note the type of courier may be subject to change and or removal without given notice.

Booking Policy

Full payment is required prior to proceeding with your order/project.

All prices and payments are accepted in GBP (British Sterling Pounds). I am are not liable for your card provider's conversion rates and cannot issue you a refund based on your card provider's conversion rate.

In the event there is an incorrectly priced product, I reserve the right to cancel or refund the order.

Additional Fees Policy

Additional fees are applied (and not limited) to any request of additional texts, ink colour change and/or additional versions outside of the semi-custom design and pricing. The incurred fee will be invoiced accordingly and must be paid prior to proceeding a client's project. I cannot be held liable in the event a late payment by the client delays the project.

I reserve the right to change pricing anytime without given notice.

Reorder Policy

If you require additional pieces to be printed outside the original purchased quantity where it has been delivered to you (and after materials have already been ordered). A minimum order equal to the cost of 20 sets plus a reorder fee of 20% is required. Please note that any specific and/or custom embellishment items including (not limited to) ribbons and wax seals will not be supplied.

Termination Policy

Either party may terminate the project at any time through written request. The client may be entitled to a refund on outstanding deliverables such as materials if the project is terminated prior to production.

Day of Stationery is only available for existing clients and must be purchased with Wedding Stationery Invitations or Suites. Embellishments such as (but not limited to) wax seals, envelopes, printed envelopes or liners must be purchased with Wedding Stationery Invitations or Suites. Should this be the case, your order will be cancelled immediately minus the transaction fees incurred.

Features & Publications

As featured work may be exciting, there are limitations. Any photographs of work by Kethstudio was to be published, Kethstudio must be credited accurately and notified prior to its feature. This applies (and not limited to) both printed publications and online features.

I retain the rights to post, feature and/or publish your invitations or wedding stationery on my website and social media platforms. Should this be an issue, please contact me beforehand.

Copyright

All content, including but not limited to, designs, photographs, videos, images and artwork on this site are protected by copyright and are the exclusive property of Kethstudio.

This includes all designs, images and artworks provided, produced, used and shared during the proofing process. Kethstudio's work is strictly prohibited from any personal and/or commercial use, nor may it be repurposed, reproduced, downloaded, stored, manipulated, displayed, used or altered in any way unless explicit approval has been given in advance.
